Introduction:

INRECA Sansthan had started a residential training centre at INRECA Complex in collaboration with Gujarat MatikamKalakari and Rural Technology Institute, Gujarat under the aegis of Commissionerate of Rural Industries, Government of Gujarat since 2006. INRECA is regularly conducting residential Acrylic training programmes for 4 to 5 batches annually with trainees coming in from all over the state. INRECA Sansthan, in collaboration with the Gujarat MatikamKalakari and Rural Technology Institute, Gujarat, and under the aegis of the Commissionerate of Rural Industries, Government of Gujarat, established a residential training center at the INRECA Complex in 2006. Since its inception, this center has been a hub for skill development and self-employment training, particularly focusing on residential acrylic training programs. Each year, INRECA Sansthan conducts these comprehensive training programs for 4 to 5 batches, attracting trainees from across the state. The programs are designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in working with acrylic materials, equipping them with the necessary skills to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in various industries. By offering these residential training programs, INRECA Sansthan not only enhances the technical capabilities of individuals but also promotes economic self-sufficiency and sustainable development within the region.

Trainings:

INRECA Santhan is dedicated to fostering self-employment and economic independence through a variety of comprehensive training programs offered annually. These programs are meticulously designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to start and sustain their own businesses. Among the diverse range of training opportunities provided are courses in tailoring and cutting, where participants learn the intricate skills of garment construction and alteration, enabling them to produce custom clothing. The embroidery program focuses on teaching various needlework techniques, from basic stitches to complex designs, allowing individuals to enhance textiles with decorative patterns.

In carpentry training, participants gain hands-on experience in woodworking, learning to create furniture and other wooden items with precision and artistry. Masonry work training imparts essential skills in bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete work, crucial for building and construction projects. The diamond cutting and polishing program offers specialized instruction in the delicate art of shaping and finishing diamonds, a highly valued skill in the jewelry industry.
