Today at Vandana Nursing and Para Medical College, an important meeting was organized for the newly admitted GNM and ANM students, the 2nd-year GNM–ANM students, as well as all faculty and staff members. The purpose of the session was to welcome the new batch, review the academic journey ahead, and strengthen the overall learning environment.
The session was graced by the presence of our Chairman, Dr. Vinod Kaushik Sir, and Manager, Gopal Sir, whose valuable guidance and encouraging words added immense motivation to the gathering. They interacted with students individually and collectively, addressing their doubts, sharing experiences, and encouraging them to stay focused on their goals.
During the meeting, both dignitaries emphasized the importance of strong academic foundations, regular practice, ethical conduct, and dedication. They reminded students that nursing is not just a profession but a service to humanity, which requires compassion, patience, and continuous learning. The message highlighted that success is achieved through hard work, discipline, a positive attitude, and consistent efforts in the right direction.
Students were also guided about maintaining proper conduct within the campus, following college rules, attending classes regularly, and participating actively in skill-based training. They were encouraged to make full use of the facilities provided by the college, such as laboratories, libraries, clinical postings, and mentorship from experienced faculty members.
